Biography

Catriona is Operations Manager for our Business Development Team and your first point of contact. She joined us in February 2019 as part of the Discretionary Administration team and moved across to Business Development in November of that year. She has gained a wealth of knowledge in her time with Discretionary Administration, with key skills in the use of our back-office systems, the MoneyInfo portal and Whitechurch products. Previously, she has worked for The University of Bristol as part of their administration team and has also worked in a variety of hospitality settings which have given her a strong customer-care ethic.
