Women in Finance Charter Signatory Whitechurch has made a pledge for gender balance across financial services by becoming a signatory of the HM Treasury Women in Finance Charter. We are committed to work together with HM Treasury & other signatories to build a more balanced and fair industry. Firms that sign up to this Charter are pledging to be the best businesses in the sector. The Charter reflects the government’s aspiration to see gender balance at all levels across financial services firms. A balanced workforce is good for business – it is good for customers, for profitability and workplace culture. Whitechurch Securities Ltd is pleased to report that 57% of its senior management is female. This remains the same as last year as a small company our senior management remains stable and changes in staff don’t occur regularly at this level. However, we are proud to announce that the number of females in our entire workforce has now increased to 54% of the entire workforce, exceeding our target of 50% female staff.
