UPDATE 24.08.2021: Whitechurch continues to operate business as usual. UPDATE 05.11.2020: Whitechurch continues to operate business as usual. Our office remains open for a few key staff and essential duties that cannot be carried out at home. All staff are working at a safe distance following government guidelines and the majority still work from home efficiently. UPDATE 04.09.2020: Whitechurch continues to operate business as usual. Our office is now open and we have staff working at a safe distance following government guidelines, although many still work from home efficiently. We are now permitting client meetings following the government and some of our own additional guidelines to keep everyone safe, if you would like to find out more please contact a member of staff at info@whitechurch.co.uk or on 0117 4521207.
UPDATE 18.05.2020: We remain very much open for business despite the closure of our offices. As a company, we have adjusted to working from home very well and all services are running as normal for you. Whilst Whitechurch staff are working remotely, we are still monitoring all incoming post and cheques. At least one member of staff is attending the office each day for a short period of time in order to receive our post and scan everything in to go to the relevant receiver of each item. You can e mail us for valuations or phone to speak to an adviser but please bear in mind it may take a little longer than normal to respond. If you have sent instructions of cheques which have not been processed, please contact us urgently at info@whitechurch.co.uk or on 0117 4521207.
UPDATE 23.03.2020: In light of the latest UK government advice, Whitechurch will be closing all its offices with immediate effect. Please be reassured that we have measures in place for our business to remain with operational effectiveness.
We ask kindly that where possible you use email as our primary contact method and minimise postal correspondence.
