Biography

Tim's introduction into the world of finance began in 2004 with a series of summer jobs at Bristol University to help fund his education. After later graduating from the University of the West of England, he joined Bristol-based investment firm Hargreaves Lansdown and went on to manage a small team at Aviva, where he worked as a Fund Analyst. Tim trained as a Discretionary Investment Manager with JM Finn & Co, where he sat his industry exams and joined Whitechurch in 2019. He now sits on the team that runs the portfolios and regularly contributes to industry press and the Whitechurch Investment Podcast. He is a Chartered Fellow of the CISI and is a former president of the CISI committee for the Bristol and Bath region. Outside of work he enjoys holidaying with his wife and two young boys, and is a keen runner, when time allows.
